Press Ctrl + Shift + Refresh
Click Rotate in the screen rotation prompt, if it appears
Open Settings
Go to Device
Select Displays
Choose the desired orientation from the Rotation menu
On a touchscreen Chromebook, use two fingers to rotate the screen if supported by the app or mode
If the screen does not rotate, check whether auto-rotate is locked
If using tablet mode, rotate the device physically to change orientation
