Press Windows key + G to open Xbox Game Bar
Click the Capture widget
Click the Record button
Use Windows key + Alt + R to start or stop recording
Open the app or window you want to record before starting
Check the microphone toggle if you want to record audio
Find saved recordings in Videos > Captures
Use PowerPoint screen recording if Xbox Game Bar is unavailable
Use Snipping Tool screen recording on supported Windows versions
Use third-party screen recorders if needed
