Open your browser on the old computer
Go to the bookmarks manager or bookmark settings
Export bookmarks to an HTML file
Save the file to a USB drive, cloud storage, or email it to yourself
Open your browser on the new computer
Go to the bookmarks manager or bookmark settings
Import bookmarks from the HTML file
Select the saved file and complete the import
Check that all bookmarks transferred correctly
