Open the Settings app
Tap Phone
Tap Call Forwarding
Turn Call Forwarding off
If you use carrier call forwarding, open the Phone app
Dial the carrier’s call forwarding cancel code
Contact your carrier if Call Forwarding is not shown in Settings
Restart your iPhone if the setting does not update
