Go to your ExtraCare account settings or profile
Look for the option to manage or cancel ExtraCare membership
If no online cancel option is available, contact CVS Customer Care at 1-800-SHOP-CVS
Ask the representative to cancel your ExtraCare account
Confirm the cancellation and save any confirmation number or email
If you use the CVS app, remove your account details if desired after cancellation
