Go to My Orders
Find the order you want to cancel
Check the order status
If the order is still pending or processing, tap Cancel Order
Select a cancellation reason if prompted
Confirm the cancellation
If there is no cancel option, contact SHEIN customer support immediately
If the order has already shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return or refund
