Be entered into the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry by the physician
Create an account in the registry and complete the patient application
Submit required documents, including proof of identity and residency
Pay the state application fee
Wait for state approval
Receive your Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card
Use the card at a licensed Florida medical marijuana treatment center
Renew your physician recommendation and registry card as required
