Download the correct BIOS file for your exact Gigabyte motherboard model from the official Gigabyte support website
Extract the downloaded BIOS file if it is in a compressed folder
Copy the BIOS file to a USB flash drive formatted as FAT32
Restart the computer and enter the BIOS by pressing Delete during startup
Open Q-Flash from the BIOS menu
Select Update BIOS
Choose the BIOS file from the USB drive
Confirm the update and wait for the process to complete
Do not turn off the computer or restart it during the update
Let the system reboot automatically after the update finishes
Enter BIOS again after reboot and load optimized defaults if needed
Save changes and exit BIOS
