Open the Notes app
Open an existing note or create a new note
Tap the camera icon
Tap Scan Documents
Position the document in view of the camera
Wait for the app to detect the document
Tap the shutter button if needed
Adjust the scan corners if prompted
Tap Keep Scan
Repeat for additional pages if needed
Tap Save when finished
