Use a third-party transfer service such as Soundiiz, TuneMyMusic, SongShift, or FreeYourMusic
Sign in to your Apple Music account in the transfer service
Sign in to your Spotify account in the transfer service
Select the playlists, albums, or songs you want to move from Apple Music
Choose Spotify as the destination
Start the transfer and wait for it to finish
Review the transferred items in Spotify
Manually fix any unmatched songs or missing tracks
Recreate any local files or unavailable content separately if needed
