Use the correct screwdriver bit and apply firm downward pressure
Try a rubber band between the bit and screw head for extra grip
Tap a slightly larger bit into the stripped head with a hammer
Use a manual impact driver
Grip the screw head with locking pliers if it is exposed
Cut a new slot in the head with a rotary tool or hacksaw
Use a screw extractor bit
Drill a small pilot hole and use a left-hand drill bit
Apply penetrating oil and wait before retrying
Heat the screw lightly to help loosen it
Remove surrounding material if needed to access the head better
Replace the screw with a new one after removal
