Wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your hand, usually across the knuckles and thumb
Keep your fingers close together while measuring
Note the circumference in inches or centimeters
Compare the measurement to a bangle size chart
If using inches, convert to the corresponding bangle diameter or size
If using centimeters, convert to the corresponding bangle diameter or size
Choose the nearest larger size if your measurement falls between two sizes
Repeat the measurement for accuracy
Use a rigid bangle or ring sizer if a measuring tape is not available
