Open WhatsApp
Tap the three dots on Android or Settings on iPhone
Go to Chats
Tap Chat backup
Select Back up to Google Drive on Android or Auto Backup on iPhone
Choose the backup frequency
Select the Google account on Android
Tap Back Up Now
Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi
Make sure your phone has enough storage
Include videos if needed
Wait for the backup to finish
