Tap Last seen and online
Select Nobody or My contacts except…
Set Online visibility if available
Turn off Read receipts if needed
Use Airplane Mode before opening WhatsApp to appear offline temporarily
Disable Background App Refresh for WhatsApp if needed
Avoid sending messages while you want to stay hidden
