Open WhatsApp on your iPhone
Swipe down on the Chats screen to refresh
Close WhatsApp completely and reopen it
Check your internet connection
Turn Airplane Mode on and off
Restart your iPhone
Update WhatsApp from the App Store
Check for iPhone software updates
Log out and back into WhatsApp if needed
Delete and reinstall WhatsApp if the issue continues
