You cannot reliably see messages that the sender has already deleted from WhatsApp
WhatsApp does not provide a built-in way to recover or view deleted messages after they are removed
Check whether the message was included in a notification preview on your phone
Review any chat backup you may have made before the message was deleted
Restore WhatsApp from a backup that predates the deletion if you want to try recovering the message
Check if the message was saved in another device notification log or notification history on your phone
Ask the sender to resend the message
Avoid third-party apps that claim to reveal deleted WhatsApp messages because they can be unsafe or violate privacy
