Log in with your mobile number if required
Go to the account or balance section
Check the main balance, data balance, and validity details
Send an SMS with the required keyword to the official Idea balance number if available in your circle
Use the customer care IVR and follow the balance inquiry option
Check the balance by logging into the official Idea/Vodafone Idea website
Use the MyVi app if your number has been migrated to Vodafone Idea
Dial the customer care number and ask for your net balance details
Wait for the balance SMS alert after using data or recharging if enabled
