Log in to Zerodha Console
Go to Portfolio
Select the shares you want to gift
Choose the transfer or off-market transfer option
Enter the recipient’s demat account details
Add the recipient’s DP ID and Client ID
Verify the transfer details
Approve the transfer using the required OTP or CDSL authorization
Pay any applicable off-market transfer charges
Complete the transfer request
Ask the recipient to confirm the shares are received in their demat account
