Log in to the EPFO Unified Member Portal
Activate your UAN if not already activated
Ensure your KYC details are updated and approved
Go to the Online Services section
Select One Member One EPF Account Transfer Request
Verify your personal details and employment details
Choose the previous PF account to transfer from
Choose the current PF account to transfer to
Select the employer or submit the request using Aadhaar OTP if eligible
Enter the required details and submit the transfer request
Track the claim status in the portal
Check with both employers if attestation or approval is required
Confirm that the transfer is completed in your EPF passbook
