Open Telegram
Go to the chat, group, or channel
Find the message you want to pin
Long-press the message on mobile or right-click it on desktop
Select Pin
Choose whether to notify members, if prompted
Confirm the pin action
To unpin, open the pinned message or chat menu and select Unpin
