Enter your lock screen password or PIN
Confirm the reset
Wait for the phone to restart
Set up the phone again
To reset from recovery mode
Power off the phone
Press and hold Power and Volume Up
Release when the Redmi logo appears
Select Recovery mode
Tap Wipe Data
Tap Wipe All Data
Confirm the action
Select Reboot to System
