Tap TalkBack or Screen reader
Turn off TalkBack
Confirm the action if prompted
Press and hold Volume Up and Volume Down together for a few seconds if the shortcut is enabled
Open Settings
Tap Accessibility
Tap Installed services or Advanced settings
Disable Voice Assistant or related voice assistant features
If Bixby Voice is enabled, open Bixby settings and turn off voice wake-up
If Google Assistant is enabled, open Google Assistant settings and turn off voice activation
Restart the phone if the voice assistant does not turn off immediately
