Use a flexible measuring tape
Measure hand length from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the palm
Measure hand width across the knuckles, excluding the thumb
Measure palm circumference around the widest part of the hand, excluding the thumb
Keep the hand relaxed and flat while measuring
Record measurements in inches or centimeters
Measure both hands if needed, since sizes may differ
Repeat the measurement for accuracy
