Use a government-issued device or approved personal device with CAC reader
Go to the official Army webmail or Microsoft 365 portal
Insert your CAC into the reader
Select the appropriate certificate when prompted
Enter your CAC PIN
If required, complete any additional authentication steps
Access your inbox after successful login
If using Outlook, configure it with your Army email account and CAC authentication
If you cannot log in, contact your unit S6 or help desk
Do not use unofficial websites or shared devices for sensitive Army email access
