Open the Facebook app or website
Go to Settings and privacy
Select Settings
Open Accounts Center
Tap Your information and permissions
Select Upload contacts
Turn off Continuous contacts upload
Delete previously uploaded contacts from Facebook
Confirm the deletion if prompted
Repeat for any other connected accounts if needed
