Open the Files app
Tap Browse
Tap On My iPhone or iCloud Drive
Tap Downloads
If you downloaded a file from Safari, open the Downloads icon in Safari
If you used Mail or Messages, tap the file attachment to open it in Files
Use the search bar in Files to find a specific download
