4 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips, optional
Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt to a microwave-safe mug
Stir in milk, oil or butter, and vanilla until smooth
Mix in chocolate chips if using
Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds
Check for doneness; the center should be set but still moist
Let cool for 1 minute before eating
