How to Make Mango Smoothie?

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

1 cup yogurt or milk

1/2 cup ice

1 to 2 tablespoons honey or sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Add mangoes, yogurt or milk, ice, honey or sugar, and vanilla extract to a blender

Blend until smooth

Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed

Pour into a glass and serve immediately
