Open the Phone app
Tap the menu or settings icon
Select Call settings
Tap Call forwarding
Choose the forwarding option you want to disable
Turn off call forwarding
Save the changes if prompted
If using a carrier code, dial the deactivation code from your phone
Contact your mobile carrier if call forwarding remains active
