Go to your order history or recent orders
Select the order you want to cancel
If a cancel option is available, tap or click it
If the order is already being prepared, contact the Sonic location immediately
Call the store directly using the phone number in the app or website
Provide your order number and request cancellation
If you placed the order through a third-party delivery app, cancel it in that app
If cancellation is not possible, ask the store about refund options
Keep your receipt or confirmation email for reference
