Open Gmail
Click the search options icon in the search bar
Enter your filter criteria
Click Create filter
Choose the actions you want Gmail to apply
Click Create filter to save it
To filter existing emails, click Search and apply the filter criteria
To manage filters, go to Settings
Click See all settings
Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
Edit, delete, or create filters as needed
