Sign in to your TurboTax account
Go to Tax Home
Select the tax year you want to review
Open the return or choose Download/print return
Check the Documents or Tax Returns section if available
Look for prior-year returns in your account history
If you used TurboTax Online, download the PDF copy from the return details page
If you used TurboTax Desktop, open the saved tax file on your computer
Check your email for TurboTax confirmation or download links
Search your computer for files ending in .tax, .pdf, or .txt
Contact TurboTax support if the return is not available in your account
