Sign in to your Roblox account
Open the support form
Choose the category related to billing or purchases
Select the item or purchase you want refunded
Enter the transaction details
Explain that you are requesting a refund
Submit the support request
Wait for Roblox Support to review your case
Check your email for a response from Roblox Support
If the refund is approved, follow any instructions provided by Roblox Support
