Send a Snap to the person as soon as possible
Ask them to send one back
Check whether the streak is actually lost or just not updated yet
Open Snapchat and look for the fire emoji next to the chat
Use the Snapchat support form to report a lost streak
Select the option for a missing Snapstreak
Fill in the required details, including your username and friend’s username
Submit the request as soon as possible
Keep snapping daily to prevent it from happening again
Make sure both of you send snaps, not chats, to maintain the streak
