Open Chrome
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Go to Bookmarks
Click Show bookmarks bar
Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+B on Windows or Command+Shift+B on Mac
Make sure you are signed into the correct Chrome profile
Open the Bookmarks Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+O on Windows or Command+Shift+O on Mac
Check whether your bookmarks are saved in the correct folder
Restart Chrome
Update Chrome to the latest version
Reset Chrome settings if the bookmarks bar still does not appear
