Wash and dry your hands
Make sure the Owlet Sock is charged and paired
Choose the correct sock size for your baby’s foot
Open the sock and place the sensor inside the fabric pocket
Position the sock so the sensor sits on the top of the foot
Slide the sock onto your baby’s foot with the sensor on the inside
Wrap the sock snugly around the foot and ankle
Secure the fastener so the sock stays in place
Check that the sock is snug but not too tight
Confirm the sensor is flat against the skin and not twisted
Make sure the baby can move toes comfortably
Verify the app shows a proper connection or fit indicator
