Place the bubble wrap with the bubbles facing inward toward the item
Wrap the item fully with at least one to two layers
Secure the wrap with tape
Use extra layers for fragile items
Fill empty spaces in boxes with bubble wrap
Cut bubble wrap to the needed size with scissors
Avoid wrapping sharp edges directly against the plastic
Store bubble wrap in a dry place
Reuse bubble wrap when possible
