Log in to your PayPal account
Go to Activity
Find the payment you want to cancel
Open the transaction details
Check whether the payment is pending or unclaimed
Select Cancel if the option is available
Confirm the cancellation
If the payment is completed, contact the seller to request a refund
If the payment was sent to the wrong recipient, contact PayPal Support immediately
Review your email for cancellation or refund confirmation
