Open the Phone app
Tap the menu or settings icon
Go to Call settings
Select Call divert or Call forwarding
Choose Voice calls
Turn off all forwarding options
Save the changes
If needed, dial the carrier deactivation code for call forwarding
Restart the phone if the setting does not update immediately
