Wash and peel the apples
Remove the core and seeds
Cut the apples into small pieces
Steam or boil the apple pieces until soft
Drain any excess water
Blend or mash the cooked apples until smooth
Add a little water, breast milk, or formula if needed to thin the puree
Let the puree cool before serving
Check the temperature before feeding
Store leftovers in a clean, covered container in the refrigerator
