Install TI Connect CE on your computer
Connect the TI-84 Plus to your computer with a USB cable
Turn on the calculator
Open TI Connect CE
Open the Device Explorer or Send to Calculator tool
Download a compatible TI-84 Plus game file
Make sure the file type is supported, such as .8xp or .8xk
Drag the game file into TI Connect CE or select it to send
Transfer the file to the calculator
On the calculator, press PRGM
Select the game from the program list
Press ENTER to run it
If needed, install a compatible shell or archive manager for assembly games
Use only files made for the TI-84 Plus model
Remove games by deleting them from the calculator memory if needed
