Wash and dry your hands
Make sure the Owlet Sock is charged and ready
Choose the correct sock size for your baby
Place the sensor inside the fabric sock pocket
Position the sock so the sensor sits on the inside of the foot
Open the sock and slide it onto your baby’s foot
Fit the sock snugly around the foot and ankle
Align the sensor on the bottom or side of the foot as directed by the model
Secure the sock closure so it stays in place
Check that the sock is snug but not too tight
Confirm that the sensor light or app shows proper placement
Adjust if the sock slips, twists, or feels loose
