Check the full listing for all visible details, including description, photos, and seller profile
Tap or click the seller’s profile to see any public information they have chosen to share
Use the message option to ask the seller for missing details
Look for clues in the photos, captions, and item condition notes
Check whether the listing is cross-posted in buy/sell groups where more details may appear
Refresh the listing or open it on another device to make sure nothing was missed
Make sure you are logged into the correct Facebook account and region
If the listing seems incomplete or misleading, report it through Facebook’s reporting tools
