Open Settings
Tap General
Tap Software Update
If an update is downloading, tap Pause Download or stop the download if available
If an update is installed and waiting, delete the downloaded update in iPhone Storage
Go to Settings
Tap General
Tap iPhone Storage
Find the iOS update file
Tap Delete Update
Turn off Automatic Updates
Go to Settings
Tap General
Tap Software Update
Tap Automatic Updates
Turn off Download iOS Updates
Turn off Install iOS Updates
Turn on Low Power Mode
Use Airplane Mode to block downloading
Disconnect from Wi-Fi
Restart the iPhone if the update is stuck
Remove any beta profile if installed
Go to Settings
Tap General
Tap VPN & Device Management
Delete the iOS beta profile
Restore the device only if necessary
