Gather 4 soul sand or soul soil
Gather 3 wither skeleton skulls
Place 4 soul sand or soul soil in a T shape
Place 3 wither skeleton skulls on top of the three upper blocks
Make sure the area is clear before placing the last skull
Place the final skull to summon the Wither
