Open Smite 2 on Xbox and make sure you are signed in to your Xbox account
Go to the Smite 2 account linking or cross-progression page
Sign in with your Hi-Rez account if prompted
Link your Xbox account to your Hi-Rez account
Sign in to the same Hi-Rez account on Steam
Launch Smite 2 on Steam
Verify that cross-progression or linked account data appears
If progress does not sync, confirm both platforms are linked to the same Hi-Rez account
Check that cross-progression is supported for your account and region
Contact Hi-Rez Support if the accounts still do not sync
