Cut a length of cord or string
Fold the cord in half
Cross one end over the other to form a loop
Pull one end through the loop to make a slip knot
Tighten the knot around the bracelet cord
Slide the knot to adjust the bracelet size
Repeat with the other end if needed
Trim any excess cord if desired
