How to Use Resin Epoxy?

Read the manufacturer’s instructions and safety data sheet

Work in a well-ventilated area

Wear gloves, safety glasses, and a respirator if required

Protect your work surface with plastic, silicone mat, or release paper

Measure resin and hardener exactly in the specified ratio

Pour both parts into a clean mixing cup

Mix slowly and thoroughly, scraping the sides and bottom

Transfer to a second clean cup and mix again if recommended

Add colorants, glitter, or fillers only if compatible with the resin

Prepare molds, forms, or the surface before pouring

Pour the mixed epoxy carefully to avoid bubbles

Remove bubbles with a heat gun, torch, or by letting it rest

Keep dust away while the epoxy cures

Follow the recommended working time and curing time

Maintain the proper temperature during curing

Do not touch or move the piece until fully cured

Sand and polish after curing if needed

Clean tools immediately with the recommended solvent or before hardening

Dispose of leftover resin and contaminated materials according to local rules
