Park the Kia Niro in a safe, level location and shift into Park
Turn the vehicle off
Open the charging port door
Plug the charging connector into the vehicle charging port
Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible power source or charging station
Confirm the charging indicator shows that charging has started
Wait until the battery reaches the desired charge level
Stop charging from the charger, app, or vehicle controls if required
Unplug the connector from the vehicle
Close the charging port door
Store the charging cable properly
