1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 banana
1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup ice, optional
Add strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, and sweetener to a blender
Add ice if using
Blend until smooth
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness
Pour into a glass and serve
